Our company, PT. Maya Food Industries located in “City of Batik” Pekalongan, Central Java, Indonesia is one of the leading seafood processors in Indonesia with more than 20 years of experience. We are licensed by Mitsui Co. Ltd, Japan to pack Botan brand of canned mackerel, sardine and tuna in tomato, chili sauce or brine for local sale. Botan brand is the leading brand for Mackerel and Sardine in tomato sauce in Indonesia. In addition, we also pack our own brands Ranesa and Sesibon for similar products for local and export sales.
PT. Maya Food Industries is a wholly subsidiary of Maya Group in Singapore. The Maya Group has diversified manufacturing, trading, property, chemical, plastic businesses around South East Asia . Our factory currently employs 1000 to 1500 workers and are capable of producing 5,000 cartons (2 x 40ft. container) daily depending on the availability of local or imported fish. Our current exports are mainly to Africa, India, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, Chile and many others. Exports to overseas are either in our own brand or in the buyers' brand and specifications. We have strictly implement HALAL and HACCP system and are currently we are in progress to get ISO 9001 certification.
